Brazing Tungsten Carbide Components

Machining Technologies has many customers with needs for tungsten carbide components to be joined to steels and other materials by brazing. Our expertise includes extensive experience with the proper joint designs, the manufacture of the component parts to the tolerances that will permit proper flow of filler material, and the use of the sophisticated brazing method of Induction Heating. The Induction Heating process of localized heating pinpoints the area to be brazed to achieve accurate, uniform consistency in brazing while protecting other areas of the part.
